Various "powers" want to try to modify the environment for warfare and do therefore several researches in their departments.

The goal is to manipulate the weather so that global climate disasters (such as floods, heat, droughts, etc.) can be promoted or prevented.
There is an UN convention which prohibits the conduct of war through environmental modifications.
It's dubious if this convention is preventing the plans of military professionals.

Weather manipulations at major events like sport events, military parades, wars, etc., have been expected for years now.
About the risks and dangers, as well as the enormous potential power of such weather manipulation, can everybody make his own statement.

Maybe that's already happening! I think all those sports events like football (soccer) and stuff are manipulated. I can't imagine that's all real.
