Man as a worker would be no longer needed, if machines do all the work. A variety of locations are currently researching and working on the development of the so-called “nanobots”, miniature autonomous robots. Applications of these machines are, for example, in medicine as an automatic robot within the human organism. The military also shows a big interest in these little robots, they want them for surveillance, spy and not at least as a weapon. The man as a worker would be no longer needed. But the research doesn’t end here. The plan includes the use in the human brain. Nanobots should get through the capillaries into the brain and control our functions and therefore expand the human intelligence.
